Just a reminder there are no classes this Wednesday 15th October as I am on annual leave.

Beginners/ Improvers - 6 week course

I have 2 spaces available on the course dedicated to anyone that wants to join. It runs from 22nd October - 26th November (6.15pm) at The Knights way. Pm me for more details. 

Tuesday Pilates, Coffee & Tea and catch up!

You are also now welcome to stay for a  tea/coffee and catch up after Tuesday mornings Class (£2 supplement)

Get to Know Me

​Hi, my name is Jill Thorne and I live in Brentwood.  I teach Pilates locally and hope to be offering Yoga classes in the Autumn too.

 

As a fully qualified  Massage Therapist I also offer Sports and Injury recovery Massage Treatments and Relaxation and Restorative Massages too!  We all need to nourish our bodies more and move more freely.

My name is Jill Thorne 

I am a qualified  Pilates and Yoga teacher and a Massage Therapist too.  I am passionate about health, wellbeing and fitness and often we find mobility and movement becomes limited later in life and that it often comes with added pain.  So, why not join me for a class and experience the joy Pilates and Yoga can bring to your life.

If you just need to alleviate pain or need to relax and restore Pilates and Yoga will help. Also the added bonus of a massage ,maybe to really treat yourself.
