My name is Jill Thorne
I am a qualified Pilates and Yoga teacher and a Massage Therapist too. I am passionate about health, wellbeing and fitness and often we find mobility and movement becomes limited later in life and also often comes with added pain. So, why not join me for a class and experience the joy Pilates and Yoga can bring to your life.
