I am looking forward to starting to teach Pilates in both Harold Hill Community Centre and The Knights Way Centre from January 2025. I am passionate about fitness and we all need to stretch more.. right? So, why not join me for a class and experience the joy Pilates can bring to your life. I will be looking to introduce Yoga classes later in the year as well.
