Okay - it's here.. yup 2025 has arrived! A fresh start, new beginnings and a time to say goodbye to all those bad habits of 2024.

If you answered yes to any of the above, then Pilates may help. Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates back in the 1800 and is an exercise regime to build muscle strength and flexibility and to work at moving your body in the way it should move day to day.

I teach Mat Pilates and so all you need is some comfortable clothing and a mat! It is low impact and so great for anyone new to fitness or unable to jump around in a Zumba class. It will still challenge you, but rest assured, as you work at the level that is right for you. Book onto one of my classes that starts on January 13th in both Harold Hill Community Centre and The Knights Way Centre, Brentwood.
